Ambassador Toolkit

The Ambassador Toolkit is a collection of resources that you can use as a “Social Performance Ambassador.” The Toolkit documents are available for you to use in a variety of contexts:

  • Representing the SPTF at industry events
  • Speaking on the topic of SPM at industry events
  • Writing about SPM—media responses, blog posts, etc.
  • Distributing literature on SPTF and social performance to network members, the media, training participants, etc.

Each of the documents in the Toolkit has been carefully prepared and vetted by industry experts. We encourage you to strengthen the industry’s efforts to use a common language for social performance by using the documents in the Toolkit.

The materials contained in the Toolkit may be published, printed, distributed, and quoted, without prior permission by the SPTF.
