We hope you can join us for the Customer Centricity Learning Event and SPTF Annual Meeting in Mamallapuram, Tamil Nadu, (near Chennai) India, February 19 - 22, 2018. This year's learning event - entitled Customer Centricity: Enabling Financial Choices and Positive Outcomes for Low-Income Customers - is an event jointly organized by SPTF, CGAP, Dvara and LeapFrog Investments. Our goal is to influence financial service providers, investors, and policymakers to adopt a business model that is based on understanding and serving the unique and diverse needs of poor people.

The meeting will build on the knowledge shared in CGAP’s new Customer-Centric Guide, which offers guidance on how organizations can move toward customer-centric business models.

Financial service providers:  If you have implemented a customer-centric solution to solve a financial inclusion challenge, this is your opportunity to share your journey at the 2018 Learning Event! Learn more.
