SPTF 2.0: Taking Social Performance to Scale

Last month Jurgen Hammer became chairman of the SPTF board of directors, the first transition of the chairmanship since SPTF was founded in 2005. Based in Paris, Jurgen is chief investment officer and in charge of social performance management for Grameen Credit Agricole. He has 15 years of international investment banking experience for institutions ranging from Deutsche Bank to Banco Santander to Crédit Lyonnais/CALYON.

We spoke to Jurgen about SPTF’s next steps, and where he sees the financial inclusion industry now.  Learn what he thinks about the SPTF's past ten years and the reasons for his optimism and his caution.
