Calling all Technical Assistance Providers!

The SPTF has launched a new, more interactive technical assistance (TA) database!  The database, which matches financial service providers (FSPs) with TA providers, is free for TA providers to join and for users to search.
TA providers can create a profile that highlights their SPM experience. FSPs can then search these profiles by language, location and/or experience to find the best TA provider for their needs.
Around 90 TA providers have already joined the database. Have you? Create a profile today. If you have any questions, please email

Take a short survey: How do you determine a job candidate's commitment to your social mission?

Share your experience! The Universal Standards encourages FSPs to recruit and evaluate employees based on social and financial performance. But how exactly do you recruit/hire people who are  likely to share your social goals? Are there specific questions you ask during the hiring process? Can you find this information on a resume? Share ideas on your company’s HR practices by taking this short survey.
